The Center for Nonviolent Communication is a nonprofit organization whose vision is to create a world where everyone's needs are met peacefully. Our mission is to contribute to this vision by facilitating the creation of life-serving systems within ourselves, interpersonally, and within organizations. We do this by living and teaching the process of Nonviolent Communication (NVC). |

Social Change - Synergy Project to work with social change agents and groups. Prisons-offering NVC training to inmates and guards in several states in the U.S. and in other countries. |

There are presently over one hundred CNVC certified trainers around the world. Our trainers offer programs in all areas of interpersonal relationship,from individual sessions to couples, parents and children and on into organizations and business. Most trainers are available to travel if requested. Check the CNVC website for a trainer whose specialties match your needs. We have trainers facilitating the process of Nonviolent Communication all over the United States and also in countries such as:
Africa- South Africa, Burundi, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, etc.
Latin America- Columbia, Mexico, Argintina, Brazil, etc.
Eastern Europe- Hungary, Poland, Bosnia, etc.
South Asia- Sri Lanka, India, and other countries
Our dream for the future is to build on these projects and add projects in areas such as the Middle East, other parts of Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and to continue our work with businesses, mediators, health care professionals, and police and military personnel. |
